If you have all your contacts stored in a database or filing program that will
allow you to export your data as a comma separated text file (CSV), then you will
save hours of time with our instant upload feature. All you have to
do is export your contacts making sure that the first line has the column
headers titled "First Name", "Last Name", "Home
Phone", "Business Phone", and "Mobile Phone".
It doesn't matter if you do not have information in all columns or if
you have other columns in addition to what is listed. Our software will
find the correct information and enter it automatically into our database. You can update the contacts anytime and upload the CSV file
as often as you need to keep your files up-to-date. Call THAT! will not
duplicate information and will update new numbers for old names.
